ExpressShop.pk Settlement Policy

Effective Date: 28 August 2025

This Settlement Policy governs how ExpressShop.pk processes settlement requests for merchants. The policy is effective from the issue date and may be updated periodically based on business needs or market conditions.

1. Settlement Frequency

ExpressShop.pk processes one settlement request per merchant per day.
Requests submitted after the cut-off time are processed the next business day.

2. Settlement Methods & Requirements

2.1 Forex Cash Settlements

  • A 1-day advance notice is required for all Forex cash settlement requests.
  • The exchange rate applicable on the disbursement day will be used.
  • Rates are subject to market movement and availability.

2.2 USDT (Tether) Settlements

  • For USDT settlement requests exceeding PKR 5 million, a 2-day advance notice is required.
  • The exchange rate available on the day of disbursement will apply.
  • Rates are subject to market conditions and liquidity availability.

2.3 Bank Transfers

Bank transfer settlements are processed subject to merchant verification and qualification criteria listed below.

3. Merchant Qualification Criteria

To qualify for settlements at ExpressShop.pk, merchants must meet the following requirements:

  • Completion of full Customer Due Diligence (CDD), reviewed and approved by the ExpressShop.pk verification team.
  • Settlements are made only to registered company bank accounts.
  • Only commercial bank accounts qualify.
  • Microfinance bank accounts are not eligible for settlements.
